“Science” Trying To Outdo God – Welcome to Genetically Modified Organisms

When humans try to get into the game of outdoing God, we often run into some problems. We aren’t that good yet.

Take the case of GMOs.

What the hell is a GMO anyway? A new political party? New name for a corporation? What is that three-letter moniker we hear all the time?

It’s “Genetically Modified Organism.” Defined, it  is a plant or animal altered by doing something to bypass nature – or breaking down the barriers that nature put up to keep certain things from happening.

So, then a “scientist” does it anyway.

One gene from here goes into there to create a modified plant – for example corn or potatoes.

I read a post on-line from 1997  – and I quote:

“Richard Wolfson, Ph.D., of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada says that genetically engineered potatoes and corn produce their own pesticide. These vegetables, now on the market, contain a bacterial gene normally found in soil, called ‘bacillus thuringiensis,’ or Bt. In altered corn or potatoes, Bt creates a toxin in the planet itself to kill insects.

“The effects on humans of eating altered crops which contain Bt is unknown.

“The companies which have pioneered in inserting foreign genes into plants have successfully made the claim to regulatory agencies that the food plants are substantially equivalent to unaltered ones. The companies have been able to fast track their products to market, bypassing lengthy safety testing.” (Italics mine for emphasis.)

So, here we have 2 outpoints: 1. Taking a soil bacteria and putting it into a plant to kill insects, bypassing nature. If it had been good, God would have already done it. I feel safe in saying that. Nature’s systems are unmatched in their efficiency 2. Bypassing lengthy testing, releasing such foods for broad human consumption (even if on a via by feeding GMOs to animals) with no information on actual safety.

So, these “scientists” have smooth talked or bought their way past 2 regulatory agencies – Mother Nature and the FDA. The FDA is a falsehood as it is not a true regulatory agency – it has been proven to forward big money interests and stop and even attack things that produce healthy results in the population.

So, just with that, you can see we have a problem. If you then “believe” that such products are healthy, you are ignorant – and I am not saying that to mess with you or upset you. I have to call it like it is. Maybe the term is “suicidally uninformed” or just too distracted to look.

If you also then ignore the production of such products, you are equally liable, when you realize that the quality of operation of your body is pegged to the quality of the food it takes in.

You now have a situation where you are putting diesel fuel into your gasoline engine. It’s not going to work right.

Next outpoint – note Monsanto is the corporation that produces GMO crops:

A Monsanto official told the New York Times, October 25, 1998, that the corporation should not have to take responsibility for the safety of its food products. “Monsanto should not have to vouchsafe the safety of biotech food,” said Phil Angell, Monsanto’s director of corporate communications. “Our interest is in selling as much of it as possible. Assuring its safety is the FDA’s job.”

So, add it up – FDA is factually a front for the vested interests in the drug pushing medical field. It has a proven track record of approving blatantly harmful drugs into society and attacking healthy products. Then the manufacturer of GMOs denies any, any, any responsibility for their safety. They bypassed the lengthy testing “required” by the FDA.

I am just going to leave you to figure that one out.

My analogy is:

You have a mafia hit man who just got paid to take you out – cash in hand. He comes up to you and says – he’s your friend, so you can feel safe in getting the car with him and taking a trip down to the Detroit River to see the sights.

That’s what you have in the supermarket and you don’t even know it.
