Whatcha Sprayin’? An Ode to Chem Trails

Written by:

Planet earth is actually a really nice place. Here’s a poem protesting those long, billowing, grey/white trails behind airplanes in the sky. If you don’t know what they are, here’s  a poetic introduction…

What cha sprayin’ up there?

Them heavy white trails in the air

Do I look like a bug in your eyes

Why do I deserve to die?

Those chemical trails in the sky belie

Your ill wishes, it’s beyond suspicious.

Ye who sprinkle aluminum dust

Who tells you that you must

Obliterate the rest of us?

Don’t’ even try to feign

Or hide your disdain

like you don’t know what you’re doin’

You’re bringing earth to ruin.

So, when all is said and done,

You’ve got underground bunkers where you can run.

But if you think when we’re dead we’re gone, you’re dead wrong

We are spirits and we live on and on

The legacy that you leave here, you got to deal with when we reappear.

And we don’t forget, the trails behind the jet.

Glad to know you are aware of chem trails! And I’m impressed with your hard-hitting factual poem!

  2. Al says:

Yes Rosa, that poem just sort of eased out of me as I watched the sky…
