The Power Of Words – The Command Of Language And Words Can Give You An Edge – A Sharp One

Eben Pagan, said, “Know your language…” Not to make you some big shot, but words and their meanings have a lot of bearing on how well you can connect with your audience. And in marketing, in sales, in living and living a good life, it’s all about the most basic of components – communication. Every word is a link in the chain of understanding. Understanding comes before ability to DO.

Need I say more? I won’t, but I challenge you to take the last book you didn’t finish, or the last marketing training course you thought would handle your problems and it didn’t. Get a dictionary and look up some of those key words. Your head will clear up and the more of those little tiny “fogs” encountered by that “almost” understood word; that one word that you told youself…”yeah, that means …” then you second guessed yourself, but kept going anyway…

I challenge you to do that with the most important book or audio or video in your training arsenal. Start from the beginning and dig in with a dictionary (I know that may seem strange to do…).

Know your language better than you do right now. Bet it’s easier to DO, and easier to APPLY and get better results.

Hello!

This is Al Baker here from Components of Success.com

Maybe you’ve seen  a few posts from me since you became part of my facebook friends list or browsed my blog here.

There is one additional thing I would like to say to you personally, as frankly, the amount of hype and sales pitches and just plain B.S. in our industry just continues to pile up.

My personal credo is to first and foremost help, to the utmost when needed, any person who genuinely asks for it.

This doesn’t at all mean I cater to or waste time on people looking for a handout. Well, that’s not real help, so that’s not what I mean. I mean someone who’s working hard to learn how to fish, not looking for free fish, if you know what I mean.

The subject’s been on my mind for a bit, so I also shot a short video on it – here it is:

I spend some of my time developing my social media friends on facebook for example. There, I always ask a new friend, “What do you need and want from a friend on facebook, (or anywhere else for that matter)?”

Why do I ask this?

Moving right along here – if you’ve kept up with the earlier 3  videos on the 6 vital components, you are seeing a pattern.

You’ve probably seen all of these pieces scattered around by various random marketers. If they are random and scattered, that will be what your business will be – random and scattered.

The better integrated each of these components are, the better your business will “convert,” or the better the valuable final product of your business will be achieved.

Remember – get each of the 6 steps into action one by one, as best you can. Start with step 1 and do it all again at a higher lever of quality and completeness. Don’t stop. Keep moving through the “circle” of these 6 steps and one when you get it right you will start to see your business grow.

The Second Of 6 Vital Components Of A Successful Business – Or How To Avoid The Crash And Burn Of The Ill Fated 90%

Here is the second of 6 vital, key, do or die components of success.

These 6 components come from a close look at the most successful on-line network marketing entrepreneurs -  what they actually do. It is not an idle, passive view, but working knowledge shared with me by another very successful marketer (look up Jimmy Davis… ) I know it works because I am doing it personally and successfully.

So, here is the video.

The key in applying these 6 steps is getting them in one by one, as best you can your first time through.

Then, starting back at the beginning with step one and improving it as best you can. You will have benefited from experience, more education and mistakes – so do your best.

Then move to step 2 – get it in as best you can – improved it, move it forward. It’s like a circle – getting wider and wider and stronger and stronger each time.

Your income will follow – if you continue to improve your skill by educating yourself -and pushing your limits. By finishing each thing you start and not leaving loose ends on projects…

This is how you will make it – step by step. Inch by inch.

So, as you see this video series – act on it – do something about it, however small. Obviously, the more you do the faster things will improve. I know – this is working very well for myself and my downline and my friends.
