About

Hey, my name is Al Baker, creator of Components of Success.com.

I have been in the field of training for the bulk of my life and have trained and apprenticed individuals seeking tools to succeed from many corners of the globe.

What you get from me are: over 30 years of intensive training of executives from all over the world to implement complex administrative systems. I can take any student and get him to understand and successfully apply materials in the real world.

That’s what I’ve done and I now take that and bring it to internet marketing and home business.

You also get the willingness to share everything I know – in a way that you get it. If it takes time, I will take that time – if you are willing to work, I am willing to work with you.

The things that characterize me most are:

1) Intensity – whatever I do, I intend to be at the top of that field. I don’t 1/2 do anything and will break my neck to get to the top.

2) I do not follow trends or conform in how to think.

What is usually prescribed by the “authorities,” I usually go in the direct opposite direction. I very much dislike sounding, or looking or acting like someone else. I am just me and love me just like I am, without being complacent or getting stagnant.

I also don’t go to lengths to “non-conform.” That is the same trap in my book.  Life is setting goals and doing what you have to do to get there.

The goals you set ultimately define who you are.

Me is an evolving entity that seeks to understand more and grow more and contribute more.

There is no other me out there, just like there is no other you out there. Together, we make the diversity that makes life an interesting pursuit and a game.

The top isn’t always “better than” someone else – it is the achievement of your own highest goals and awareness and ability. There is enough room at the top to hold every one of us. It’s an exclusive club, but only limited to those who reach for it and attain it.

Winning isn’t always beating someone else, it is beating your own expectations and achieving the levels of competence and ability to change conditions.

Everyone can win.

I also know that I am not a piece of meat or a body. I am a spiritual being that is immortal. Knowing that I understand that every action I take has implications that go light years beyond the cloistered homo sapiens view that  “you only live once,” which is a falsehood that only serves the ill intentioned slave master.

The  brain doesn’t think – it’s like any other computer – however a marvel it is. Don’t be fooled into thinking that some mechanism thinks or perceives or understands for you.

You are the source point of understanding. You are the zero energy field that heals all and creates all. I not venturing into anyone’s concept of God. That is your province and your understanding. I am talking about me and I am talking about you. If anyone tells you that you die, laugh. Bodies die. You don’t.

Once you understand you and your infinite capabilities, you can then view and understand the game that is being played and do something about it.

3) I live to help others. That is probably the defining factor of me. I too often err in over extending myself to do whatever someone needs. The only thing that has tempered that drive is the understanding that one always gives a guy a break, but realize that after so many breaks if the guy hasn’t taken advantage of them, that he isn’t about to, so stop wasting your time.

Poverty is a mindset.

No one can solve that problem for another. if one wants to succeed, that is his call. The tools exist for anyone to take it to the top. No socialism will create a state devoid of poverty, because, that state is totally controlled by each individual. The most impoverished conditions  have produced some of the greatest successes.

Rewarding non production only begets non production.

Rewarding production creates the ideas and the drive inherent in all of us to produce. Production is the basis of all morale and of all self esteem. The man who produces nothing and who takes from others who produce, as in welfare states, only becomes less and less himself and his ideas and creativity go to nothingness. He eventually dies in his own estimation, his creative potential buried under his own harmful acts against himself.

Success comes from refusing to be tied down by falsehoods and the drone of normalcy and complacency.

The more you listen to naysayers, the more you allow your frame of mind to be tied to what others think, the more doomed you are to assigning cause to someone or something other than yourself.

As soon as that mindset has taken over your self determinism, at that moment you are gone.

Shortcomings are self installed and are only handled by you looking and uprooting those ideas. And they are ideas – totally controlled by you. So, I know that the basic bottom line in changing the course of civilization is enough people realizing that everything you need you already have. You just need to tap into the energy and life force that you are.

Ultimately, the ball is in your court and you make the plays that win or lose the game. And ultimately, every game is a team activity – if each player in the game played it like it’s outcome depended on his personal effort and teamwork, we would all win.

That is who I am.
